Most taxi drivers and many staff don't read English, and Chinese place names can sound very different from their English versions. A big, clear Chinese address solves this instantly.
Save your hotel address
- Copy your hotel's address in Chinese — from your booking confirmation, the hotel's page in Amap, or the front desk.
- Open the address card, paste it in and tap Save.
- When you need it, open the card and turn your phone to the driver.
The address stays on your phone only, and works offline.
